Manage and advise existing customers – both technically and commercially
Proactively acquire new customers and develop long-term partnerships
Present our raw material portfolio and provide customized solutions
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer workshops
Collaborate closely with customer service, product management, and international suppliers
Background in chemistry or technical education with relevant industry experience
Proven knowledge of raw materials used in cosmetics and/or cleaning products
Independent, target-oriented working style with strong customer focus
Fluency in German and good command of English
Willingness to travel frequently across the region
