Acids and acidulants in food grade — malic acid, citric acid and tri-sodium citrate. They are used for pH adjustment, as flavouring agents and as chelating agents; E number, CAS and EINECS numbers as well as packaging sizes are listed in the table.

Functional ingredients for recipe development — caffeine in USP, BP and food grades as well as cheese and processed cheese powders of the cheddar and gouda type and whole egg powder. Quality, specification and packaging sizes are given for each product.

Amino acids for food and supplement applications, from L-lysine and glycine to L-glutamine, citrulline and monosodium glutamate. Grades range from food grade to USP, BP and EP, and several items are GMP+ certified and REACH registered.

Botanical powders and extracts for food and supplement applications — banana and baobab fruit powder, catnip herb and spirulina. Several grades come from certified organic cultivation.

Carriers for flavours, extracts and liquid preparations. Monopropylene glycol in food grade serves as a solvent and carrier medium; specification, CAS number and packaging are noted in the table.

Oils from certified organic cultivation for food applications. Argan oil is available both in the roasted, nutty-aromatic version and in the neutral one.

Hydrocolloids for thickening, gelling and stabilising — agar agar, carboxymethyl cellulose, carrageenan and xanthan gum in food grade. E number, specification and packaging are given for each product.

Raw materials for food supplements — methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), sodium hyaluronate and fermented red rice. All grades are specified for food applications, MSM additionally to USP 41.

Phosphates for food and feed applications — from diammonium phosphate through tripolyphosphate to pyrophosphates. They are used as acidity regulators, emulsifying salts and mineral sources; several grades are GMP+ certified and REACH registered.

Protein sources for food, pet food and feed applications: insect protein from Tenebrio molitor — as defatted powder, whole powder, concentrate and textured protein — plus pea protein. Each grade is listed with its origin, nutritional profile and possible applications.

Glycerine in food grade, available at 86.5% and 99.5%. It serves as a humectant, solvent and carrier for flavours and extracts.

Native tapioca starch in food grade — used as a thickener, binder and texturiser, among other things for gluten-free recipes.

Sweeteners and sugar alcohols for sugar-reduced recipes — D-xylose, sorbitol, xylitol and stevia extract. Grades range from food and feed to GMP+; E numbers and specifications are listed in the table.
